100% payment should be done before 24hrs of the event.
Hall Charges include the RO Water and Wi-Fi only. Any other additional services will be charged separately as per the set price list.
The Client will invite guests as per the signed confirmation; any additional guests beyond the agreed number will be charged @ Rs. 300 per chair. Food & Drinks will be charged as per the price list.
Extra hours are charged at Rs. 3,000/- per hour.
GST is charged as applicable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation requests will be considered via E-mail only.
If you cancel the booking with us in its entirety, the following cancellation charges will be levied:
More than 48 hours notice – 50% of the total booking value
Less than 24 hours notice – No Refund
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Only Vegetarian food will be served.
Consumption of Alcohol is prohibited on the premises.
Outside Food is not allowed.
LIABILITY
The client will be responsible for any damage to the premises by their associates and agents and will be charged for repairs, labour, or replacement as deemed necessary by NM Centre Management.
The client/agent is responsible for ensuring the documentation (including valid ID Proof) of employees, guests, customers, clients, or invitees.
The Client must fully and accurately represent the purpose for which the Venue is required. Any misrepresentation may result in cancellation of the Event by NM Centre at any time.
Planned sponsorship of the Event must be fully disclosed prior to booking and will be allowed only with full agreement by NM Centre as stipulated in the Venue Hire Agreement.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases where circumstances beyond the reasonable control of NM Centre impair or prevent performance of its obligations as laid out in the confirmation letter, the client releases NM Centre from any liability or loss incidental or consequential to such matters.
OTHERS
Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the premises.
No arms & ammunition are allowed inside or outside the premises.
Outside vendors for decorations are subject to prior approval and additional charges will apply.
Accepted payment modes: RTGS, NEFT, or UPI only.
Right of admission is reserved.
Please carry a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhar/Driving License/Voter Card) on the day of the event.
Any changes to the Event times must be agreed upon in advance with Venue staff. Extensions incur additional charges. No time variations will be permitted once the Event has started.
