Return and Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Payments

• 50% advance payment is required to book the slot.
• 100% payment should be done before 24hrs of the event.
• Hall Charges includes RO Water and Wi-Fi only. Any additional services will be charged separately.
• Additional guests beyond the agreed number will be charged @ Rs. 300 per chair. Food & Drinks will be charged as per price list.
• Extra hours charge Rs. 3,000/- per hour.
• GST charged as applicable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests will be considered via E-mail only.
• More than 48 hours notice – 50% of the total booking value.
• Less than 24 hours notice – No Refund.

3. Food & Beverages

• Only Vegetarian food will be served.
• Consumption of Alcohol is prohibited in the premises.
• Outside Food is not allowed.

4. Liability

• The client will be responsible for any damage to the premises.
• The client must ensure proper documentation of guests.
• Misrepresentation of event purpose may result in cancellation.

5. Force Majeure

• NM Centre is not liable for loss due to circumstances beyond control.

6. Others

• Smoking and arms are prohibited inside and outside the premises.
• Outside decoration vendors require prior approval.
• Mode of payment: only RTGS/NEFT/UPI.
• Carry a valid Govt. ID on event day.
