Return and Refund Policy
1. Deposits & Payments
- 50% advance payment is required to book the slot.
- 100% payment should be done before 24hrs of the event.
- Hall Charges includes RO Water and Wi-Fi only. Any additional services will be charged separately.
- Additional guests beyond the agreed number will be charged @ Rs. 300 per chair. Food & Drinks will be charged as per price list.
- Extra hours charge Rs. 3,000/- per hour.
- GST charged as applicable.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be considered via E-mail only.
- More than 48 hours notice – 50% of the total booking value.
- Less than 24 hours notice – No Refund.
3. Food & Beverages
- Only Vegetarian food will be served.
- Consumption of Alcohol is prohibited in the premises.
- Outside Food is not allowed.
4. Liability
- The client will be responsible for any damage to the premises.
- The client must ensure proper documentation of guests.
- Misrepresentation of event purpose may result in cancellation.
5. Force Majeure
- NM Centre is not liable for loss due to circumstances beyond control.
6. Others
- Smoking and arms are prohibited inside and outside the premises.
- Outside decoration vendors require prior approval.
- Mode of payment: only RTGS/NEFT/UPI.
- Carry a valid Govt. ID on event day.
